The standard Fingertip, model L-96B, is about 5 inches long, sold for $8.75 and in a set with a matching pencil for $12.50. It features a patented design 14 karat gold nib stamped MOORE over 14K inset into a conical steel section. The long clip is stamped MOORE on the tab end. The trim is gold filled. This is a short Moore lever-fill fountain pen in a green stripe marble celluloid c. 1937-1942.  The design of the celluloid is panels of green marble divided by narrow seven and three color stripe set combinations of black, gold, silver and red.  This 4 3/8 inch long pen features gold filled trim with typical plating loss and a gold nib stamped MOORE over 14K.   The clip is stamped MOORE.  This model pen is probably the Lady Moore model that sold for $3.00.

This is a Moore 94A lever-fill fountain pen in a blue stripe marble celluloid c. 1937-1942.  The design of the celluloid is panels of blue marble divided by narrow three-color black-silver-black stripes.  This 5 inch long pen features gold filled trim with typical plating loss and a replacement PLANCK 14 karat gold nib.   The clip is stamped MOORE.  The barrel is imprinted MOORE PEN CO. over BOSTON 94-A MASS.  9X model pens designated the longest model offered.  This model pen was the medium size and sold for $3.00.

This is a Moore 94-A lever-fill fountain pen in Woodsman Green c. 1946-1950.  This is the open nib sibling to the Fingertip and is about 5 inches long and sold for $5.00.  It shares many of the same design features including the cap and barrel shape, lever position and grooved cap.  It has the standard Moore clip and large open Maniflex gold nib.  The trim is gold filled, though this example shows a lot of plating loss.  It may have been made in the same colors as the Fingertip. Pens exist in Sunset Red and Woodsman Green.

This is a Moore 96A lever-fill fountain pen in a red stripe marble celluloid c. 1937-1942.  The design of the celluloid is panels of brown marble divided by narrow three-color black-silver-black stripes.  This 5 inch long pen features gold filled trim with typical plating loss and a very firm manifold nib stamped MOORE over LIFE over MANIFLEX over 14K.   The clip is stamped MOORE.  The barrel is imprinted MOORE PEN CO. over BOSTON 96-A MASS.  9X model pens designated the longest model offered.  This model pen was the largest size and sold for $5.00.
