Nightmares [ Headcanon ]

This was something prevalent to him, being a Corpus that basically went AWOL and selling very valuable items at a discount, not to mention his wealth; it's no surprise that his own paranoia causes most of his nightmares.

He absolutely hates it. Darvo loathes the emotion of 'fear' or being 'fearful', he prefers being carefree. Once he obtained the intel from the Stalkers equipment, though however careful he was, he wasn't so shocked the being came after him. Not like he really cared at this point, after setting up the diversion for him to face the Tenno instead he became laxed. He were now able to freely offer goods to his new, powerful, customers and no longer worry about the Stalker, so he thought.

Although he learns his lesson from every mistake or miscalculation, it's always those very tiny, small, slip ups that causes him the most trouble, and it seems that as soon as Darvo let's his guard down, here comes someone trying to capture or kill him again.

I suppose this is just the way things are, though now i've not only gained new customers but..allies, I guess I could call them, friends.. but really, when you have Tenno fighting for you, there's not much to fear.

Usually, if his dreams aren't about himself making angels in a pool of plat, they fall a bit darker about either Stalker somehow finding him again, chasing him or his father basically selling him out to be killed, ect,ect. There's many different scenario's but the important part is it's just a dream.

Truly, Darvo wouldn't know what to do with himself if all the Tenno were actually killed.
