“You could try startling him, or poking him really hard with a stick and see if he makes a sound then.” Charley suggested, eating his marshmallow like a bird, picking off the soft top so he could eat the gooey inside out before the rest. It was quite nice, hanging out with Suzi when she wasn’t off terrorizing whatever poor idiots had ended up here. Then again, he had ended up here, but most of the stabby ones had learned to leave him alone by now. Charley didn’t like to be bothered.
“Oh, I don’t like Freddie at all. Those knife hands. Ew.” Charley wrinkled up his nose, shaking his head. “Meyers I’m not too sure about. I haven’t seen him too much, he might be nice though. But Freddie with his ooo look at me, knife hands, ooga booga gonna get you? No thanks.” He finally finished off the rest of his marshmallow before fishing for another.
“I don’t think Jason likes Freddie much at all. Might be some history between those two. I wonder if they had a bad breakup or something.”
