Idk why my manager finds that when people cry he “wonders how they’ll do in 20 years in other businesses” when literally anywhere you go, a manager always fucking comes out when a customer asks for them, not the “I can’t do anything about it” and choose not to engage with customers and just fucking hide out while the employee gets berated by an angry customer. maybe it’s cus im a normal fucking human being and I don’t deserve, nor do I get PAID enough to hear from a customer of a situation I literally am not responsible for.
