Being gay or bisexual, etc. is not a choice.  Having woohoo is outside of marriage is immoral, according to how Rachel feels in the beginning of the game.  As she is exposed to other sims, her values may change.  Rachel, like all sims, is bisexual.  And may date a man or a woman.  If she dates a woman, then she pays for the date and Rule 4 doesn’t apply.
