One of my favorite shots from Once Upon a Time on the Science Express. Capturing the night sky on film is so difficult, but if anyone can do it, Conductor can.

This was the piece I did for the AHiT art prompt "Starry Night". I'm really happy with how it turned out! It was a challenge to paint a nighttime scene, especially when dealing with colour. I learned a lot and I came out of it with something I am proud of.

When we went out to my parents place (where we’ll be moving to in the next month or so) this weekend the internet was really really bad so I think I’m going to get rid of my Zoom subscription and have to think of another way to make one on one work available. 

I’ve been considering making a tarot by mail offering or two available. It’s not as detailed as I wish I could be but living out in the country more, there’s going to be more limitations on what I can do. 

I can keep the Patreon going because I can do the writing at home and then drive into town to upload it. But it’s the other stuff that’s tricky. With Etsy I can drive in, download packing slips and pay for postage, and then drive back out and do order fulfillment. 

I was toying with ~$20 for a postcard sized reading and ~$50 for a full letter. Because it takes me at least an hour to write a letter up and that’s about what I’ve been pricing hour sessions at these days. 

My worry with written offers is that people don’t see the time spent on it and so people might not get that they’d be paying for my time as well as my expertise. Especially on Etsy, readings always seem priced so cheap. So. 

I’m open to thoughts!
