Small Faye (Fayee) and "big" Faye in LHRPG
Continuing from @everydayear365's take on LHRPG and the promotional material shown so far: Linky
Of note is this image, released alongside the "trailer" of LHRPG (don't get excited, it's just a silly office episode lol):
Given some pieces of the promotional material, we know that small Faye there is acquired at the end of an elemental puzzle floor, and that she's a key part of defeating the final boss, big Faye:
Now, everydayear365 raised a good question about this:
I also wonder if only Neil can use her like that, I mean, striking her with a tennis racket or every character can do that. You know, they have a little special relationship. Oh, speaking of relationship, I'm also curious about how the boss Faye and the small Faye are related to each other.
And, well, I think it's fairly likely that Neil is the only one capable of "truly" defeating big Faye by bouncing small Faye at her. After all, he gave her space in his machine, so he'd likely know how best to defeat her. And hey, the "hero" of the story being the only one capable of defeating the true villain by channeling their inner potential/goodness is a fairly common trope in RPGs and fantasy stories, heh. As for small Faye, maybe she's Faye's "nice side" condensed into an adorably shaped missile? After all, before the doctors tried to remove Faye, she was actually quite the nice person (well ok, imagined person, but you get the point). It's possible that, by making Faye confront her "good self", her evil side would be weakened by the shame and guilt, letting the doctors save the day by melting it away and restoring the good Faye. All just speculation on my side though! I hope Kan is reading this and gives answers soon...👀

Some more RE9 infection speculation stuff...
Someone on twitter (.justinp97935900) posted an enhanced screenshot of one of the infected from the new trailer, in which it looks like the eye is on its way to an acrimonious divorce with its socket. There is also what looks to be the cop spitting out his teeth. It's a fair guess that those are symptoms of the infection and Victor Gideon might very well be going through it too, since he has very notable gold(?) replacement teeth and the goggle headset. I've speculated before that Victor's injuries look like something is trying to burst out, rather than an external source. It also makes me wonder whether Leon will start going through some of those symptoms. (That iconic fringe may end up hiding a missing eye and that fake eye patch leak might turn out be a lot more prophetic.) Losing teeth and a single eye is horrific but not fully debilitating. Useful for implementing horror for a seasoned veteran to whom the traditional survival horror environment is no longer scary. I think I blabbed about Nakanishi having a good track record trying to find non-traditional horror for characters like Leon and Chris, and how the Not a Hero DLC was probably a bit of trial run.
This is way more speculative and might be chalked up to "aesthetics"... but comparison between the RE9 cadavers and the BSAA BOW soldier. I do wonder whether the mold will feature in some capacity and give us a "grand unified theory" of RE infections as a grand finale.
(the BSAA soldier is a screenshot from a post by @cenorii who makes beautiful art, besides being a fandom detective.)
What a crazy day…
Just thinking about future Yuus of the manga
I love they decided to make a different Yuu for each dorm. It warms my heart 🥺
Yuuken, Yuuka and then Yuuta which, as other people noticed already, seem to embody what the overblot guy is trying ignore/run away from. I may elaborate more on this later, but idk, many already did it better.
So I wonder which Yuu we will get for the future dorms and I had fun making some ideas:
Scarabia: Agni from black butler/kuroshitsuji. I am joking but not really, I do expect a servant to come there and be fully loyal to their boss, maybe because they were helped by them in the past or just because they like them. I also feel Yuu will be a boy here. An overprotective guy that will try to help Kalim and the others, and maybe Jamil feels like his place is in danger? idk Maybe Yuu was helping their boss when the carriage took the actions of truck-kun. Bonus point if the boss was going to be hit and Yuu jumped in to save them.
Pomefiore: Here I feel we may get an influencer girl for Yuu. That also looks a lot like Niege (or really just snowwhite, isn't she 14 too?) and Vil is on the verge of crying. Either that or Epel with a wig just to drive Vil more insane. No in between. She can dance well tho. She was streaming outside how to do some volunteer work when the carriage called.
Ignihyde: Hatsune Miku. No but for real hear me out, she remains in the computer/cellphones of everyone and morally support them as an hologram. She fight in the first line against Ortho in who hackes the system faster. It would be hilarious. Unfortunately, this won't happen, the closest thing would be a cosplayer (of Miku) that is actually an extrovert and becomes friend with everyone quickly. I get the feeling Yuu would be a man. Maybe he was on the way to a convention and stopped by to help someone with their outfit. The carriage-kun arrived.
Diasomnia: Maybe an androgynous Yuu? It would be nice to also have them. Maybe someone related to the military, like a young adult that is serving or maybe the child of two marines. That looks very strict but has a heart of gold and would never left anyone behind. And they are technology-smart (more than Malleus at least). And, unlike Silver, they have insomnia. As for when carriage-kun arrived, maybe they were just helping some granny crossing the road. Granny lived, don't worry.
hi guys tumblr just let me back into this account (read: i got a new laptop and completely forgot the password for this account until now)

(im not jewish so i cannot offer any insight into that aspect of ocean's character, but i am vaguely* catholic so i will be speaking from that perspective!)

Interesting that Pence says this to Sora just before he leaves for the Mysterious Tower. Notice how he refers to a single person and not a group? This comment doesn't seem to relate to Pence's character so I think it might be an insight into how Sora feels - he had to part from Riku when they closed the Door to Darkness together.
Does he feel the sadness of Roxas departing from his friends? Or is it "someone" he especially misses?
