it have been a while since I posted something, but I had a family loss and that caused a art block.

just two weeks ago I started to draw something again, and I know is not mermaid month, but since I was in my hometown next to the sea in that moment, I begun to draw this.

Back to my Evil Amari and Good Dylan au. I want to explain how this swap au is different.

Some differences:

Because in this au Moreau is the one that dies Because of Abraham van helsing. And Vladimir called it and eventually time passes and he stumbles by Amari when she's like seven and he somehow senses she's the born magician and in need of an heir he becomes friends with Amari's mother and becomes Amari's babysitter. He starts training her in secret

How Dylan reminded good:

Dylan finds out he is a magician from the start but this time Maria stays close , Helping him regulate his emotions and anger making him still be the sweet boy. (She mentions he was in book 2 in canon) and He because he isnt closed off Lara finds out and accepts him. So basically Dylan has a warm relationship with his sisters

How Amari became Evil:

Amari being trained by Moreau from such a young age grew to be calculated and de attached. Telling her that her bond with the other born magician is only going to destroy her and That they are doing this for a better future for the unwanteds and Magicians, Amari has been taught everything she knows about magician. She actually wants to help the unwanteds to live in peace. While Vladimir needed a heir .

How was the first meeting between amari and dylan?

Well their meeting is almsot the same but Dylan actually gives Amari a friendly greeting , but she responds coldly not out disrespect more or so out of Habit

Things to know :

-Vanquish isnt kidnapped because I have a feeling Vladimir wouldnt waste his time with a kidnapping not like they had any use to him

- Amari and Dylan have a rocky relationship because Amari's coldness

-Jayden and Amari dont get along anymore because basically

-(You know lara resented Dylan for becoming cold out of the blue?) This goes to Jayden instead

- Quinton and Amari have a distant but almsot normal relationship at least from Quinton's perspective

-Maria is very close to the twins

- Lara and Dylan often hang out at the old van helsing lake house

- Elsie still is Lara's best friend

- Elsie and Amari are neutral with each other because Amari is actually you know mean to anyone just closed off and cold
