i loved both seasons of arcane but s2 feels like they wanted to do a lot more and couldn't get it as polished as s1. generally there's a lot more going on, but it does get really good towards the end

what do you think moon would have thought of everyone just disappearing. for one she probably would have had to take charge of everyone during the panic but also what kind of a mess would be going through her head through that

I'd say it prooobably wasn't a sudden occurrence. The iterators would probably be able to catch something so big being planned. Because the mass ascension was not only planned, but also forced. And unless I am missing something from the game saying otherwise, they were also told about it, as if hiding something so big would be possible. They were gifts meant to save the world the ancients are leaving behind.

I don't think every iterator ever met this with panic. I'd say Moon was both relieved (she wouldn't have to deal with them finally) and very bitter (for the fact they were abandoned). For all the harm that has been done, now there is no one to actually take care of them. I'm not sure how quick the whole "we will decay eventually and die" settled, but uh.. still rather unpleasant for everyone.

I am sure she takes the time to talk to all of her local group to make sure they are okay as long as they allow. And if Wind alerting Moon about someone having dangerous ideas in the group says anything, she probably still keeps the responsibility of taking care of everyone.
