Me tomé un respiro fuera de redes sociales. Ya me hacía falta desconectarme. El cierre de año 2018 no fue lo que esperaba, tuve demasiada presión y estrés. Antes me hubiera presionado para acabar todo aún a costa de mi salud sin darme tiempo de descansar o relajarme por querer ser la mujer maravilla. Pero el año pasado aprendí que no pasa nada si me desconecto un tiempo, sobre todo si pongo pausa en todo lo demás para dedicarme a mi, así que eso fue lo que hice. Después de estas 2 semanas de descanso me siento MIL veces más renovada y enfocada para conquistar este año 💪🏼✨ También tuve tiempo de pensar en las cosas que quiero hacer en 2019 así que en estos días te voy a andar preguntando varias cositas porque tu eres la otra mitad de Craftingeek y tu opinión es super importante 😜 dime ¿qué te gustaría ver aquí en instagram? At the beginning of last year i probably would have kept going on even risking my mental and physical health, but not this year. On 2018 i learned that there is nothing wrong with having a break, nothing happens if i stop and focus on myself for a week (or two) so that is what i did.
