Some days I eat and eat and eat, and I'm NEVER FULL. I'm eating healthy, but am.i just not eating enough of the right things? Like, do I need more carbs or protein or??? I drink plenty of water, so I know it's not dehydration. It's kind of frustrating because I end up eating crap food towards the end of the night hoping it will fill me up. Keep in mind that I'm trying to LOSE weight. I'm not worried about muscle gain right now.
