So, I despise that roll of fat on my back. I start to think I've made progress and then I see that and feel discouraged all over again. The good thing is that my squat form is great and my calves are starting to look better. Plus, I've gone to the gym twice in a row already. That definitely hasn't happened in a while, at least not for cardio both days. I did about 50 minutes of cardio on the treadmill and the cybex ellipticalish thing. It was annoying and boring but I got it done. Not sure how many calories I burned. As you can see in the picture, my wristband is hooked to my bra instead of my arm since it insists on doing nothing. Regardless, i kicked gym ass today and I'm feeling good. Hope you're out there making your dreams come true. xx Gabby
