18. “Do I/you have to push?”
Cer appeared calm, watching his tiny wife struggled with the pain of labor. Inside he was a mess, trying not to freak out and worry about the size of the bairn in her womb. The child was a big girl and he worried about her being able to birth her without being injured - hence why he had brought Amelia to a nearby hospital to birth their first child.
“Do you need to push yet?” He whispered, rubbing her belly gently.
