Probably, if rain’s not too strong (at the point of being dangerous), she’ll enjoy being under it. She uses to walk through the Routes next to Fortree, since the usual storms there purify the air and leave a beautiful view.

Being able to protect her city (and region if it’s needed) thanks to her Pokémon.
