It truly pissed you off when people treated you like a baby. More importantly it downright made you murderous whenever they treated you like an ornament.
Your father would be proud of what you did, your papa wouldn't care, unless you killed someone without motive.
The others respected you for your skills and intelligence. Yet some of them tried to behave like alphas.

Most of the snickered, they respected you as you respected them, so they had no reason to disobey you.
"No Chief " humming you kneeled down. "So tell me soldiers, what should be done about him?", your voice had a dangerous edge to it.
"Nothing child, it's already enough" said Tsuru. Nodding you stood up, cleaning your knife and your face with the handkerchief she gave you.
"He has gotten the message,don't you?" and oh boy how scared he was. He nodded frantically and scattered throughout the yard quickly.
"How did the mission go?" she asked while she walked with you to your papa's office, "It went well enough, no loss has been registered and we got the information we wanted. The blood is from self-defence" you stated, cleaning carefully the blade.
"And why was one of your soldiers running away crying?" asked a gruff voice. As always,your father's desk was swamped with work. "He tried to attack me. And he was lucky he escaped with just a few cuts and bruises. I don't tolerate people talking back to me" , he simply glared at you.
"Your report?", he was bored yet you knew he was proud of you, "In the mountain of papers you have in your desk. I knew you would have looked for it first. And you have already read it" his eyes hardened and you could see a vein throbbing. Oh he was angry alright.
"See you later papa" and you immediately escaped. Lucky you the book he threw at you hit the frame.
"Brat" he murmured, "that may be true, but they are your brat" said Tsuru, not helping one bit.
He just grumbled and went back to work.
