"It is quite an entertaining program, my wife and I watch it regularly. Perhaps someday I will get to work with The Spider himself once he returns to the service. For now I hope he will have the best of luck in cultivating his own family. I have two children myself very close to your age, hopefully you will meet them very soon.” 

“Please Matti, just let us through. They had her locked in a room with practically nothing. Is that what you’d want for your own children?”

“Look, if you just come peacefully maybe a deal can be made. The Admiral seems pretty worn by recent events and I’m sure just wants people to fall in line.”

“And how much longer do you think that old asshole is going to be in charge anyway? Who do you think will be once he’s gone?” 

“My brother and do you really want to start a new regime not on his side? This may be news to you but Malachi absolutely hates our father and will probably purge anyone too complicit in his shit. Please... brother, just stand down.” 

“Hmmm...”

“Can we jump yet? I’m sick of walking, I’m sick of being in this stupid place.”  

“Bastian could you make a port? You were able to destroy those sentries back in the room. Maybe the dampeners don’t effect you.” 

“Unfortunately that ability you saw me use is not tied to the void. Sorry, we’ll get out of here soon though.” 

“Unlikely! All of you are in clear violation of quite a large number of regulations. I must say, quite impressive for such a small number of you. In fact several good soldiers are missing entirely.”

“I’m really sorry Malachi. If there’s anything I can do for you now though, I..” 

“Mommy... I don’t think he’s okay.”

“Wow he is really bringing the brood today huh? Totally thought he’d want to get out here with Gia once he was back on his feet.” 

“Well my wife and he had a good spat last night.”  

“Siblings can really be the worst huh?”

“Yeah, My brothers have always known how best to get under my skin.” 

“Try having two older know-it-all sisters. Oh hey... pops and dad must be back. Lot of people to feed around here lately.”

“Hey baby. Sorry I’m...a few days late home from work.”

“That’d be fine by me as long as you play nurse for me later.” 

“It gets even better mom! The guy from Dread actually got him out. Like the real guy. It’s like the show! Like that episode! Can you believe it?!”

“Why are we out past the habitable zone Fin?”

“Habitable by who’s standards? We got no neighbors and live pretty comfortably as long as we stay in the shade during the warm months. I used to go up to Oskir to check on things a few times a week. No problem for me but they are safe here.”

“Daddy?! DADDY!! Mom!! They let him out!! We were so worried! I thought you’d never come back!”  

“Yeah I wasn’t sure either but I met a new friend.” 

“The guy from Dread? Did he break you out of prison like he did Drake on episode six season one?” 

“Not exactly...and how do you know that?” 

“Mom and I re-watched the whole series while you were in jail.”

“I was not in jail. I was in holding, completely different.”
