Actually had some time during my break and reread interactive series by Morgan Vane and even if it’s been a while:

Still one of my favorite guilty pleasures.

Glad to have finally gotten these two out!

Fair warning darlings this contains spoilers so if you are working on getting to the secret romance route in The Soul Stone War, PLEASE DON’T LOOK.

SO I’M A SUCKER FOR SOULMATE AU’S AND THIS ONE CAUGHT ME BY SURPRISE —

EEEEEEEEEEEEEE I LOVE SOULMATE AU’S!!!!!!

And granted, the friendmance points with flirtmance points is kinda bullshit cause why tf can’t I be friends with the RO/s and romance them at the same time Morgan? Now I understand it with Manerkol, but that was kind of a dumb thing to do(or nah now that I think about it, it just builds the tension), but I still have yet to try half-dragon or crazy elf’s route’s yet. 

Uh Morkai and Strassa’s Routes are… Meh? GREAT DAMNIT! THEY ALWAYS LEAVE US AT A DAMN CLIFFHANGER LEADING INTO BOOK TWO TO MAKE SOME OF US INDECISIVE WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!

But I am shaking with excitement GIVE ME THE NEXT BOOK MORGAN!!!! 

Er… Rating? 8/10 Two points off the romance/friendmance system but still enough to reach my top five Choice of Games stories.

“Together”

Did this piece after finishing “The Soul Stone War” by Morgan Vane; It’s another interactive fiction set in a world where unlikely companions (including an adorable donkey) must race against the clock to acquire powers that can tip the very course of their world’s future. Loved the relationship development between the characters and my MC Connor; felt pretty organic within a fantasy setting. Look forward to @intimidatingpuffinstudios sequel!

P.s. if you can figure out the secondary reference that inspired this piece, you know... you know I know ;) and therefore in this you shall be a person of culture in my opinion, lol.
