Totally relate to not enjoying protein shakes at all though I'm not yet gagging on them. Threw out my first one today; cherry limeade drink mix does NOT taste good in a vanilla shake. Tuna? Was just about to come looking for you. XOXOX, Jessa
I was doing so good too, getting enough protein through the food, but I've still got this problem where I eat too fast and it makes me sick, so I wind up with negative nutritional value at the end of the day. Tuna is definitely high on my list though; I eat about 1/4c of it with like 5 garlic butter Ritz crackers for lunch some days. I'll eventually figure out the protein thing, just gonna take time.
