TINY RENOVATED FLAT APARTMENTS

A little tiny apartment that I made over a week ago!

Flat is located on the second floor of the building and is Tier 2 Tiny Home. First floor is fake, but you can furnish it if you'd like (it won't be tiny house anymore tho). After For Rent came out, I updated it to be Rental Residential, so the apartment on the first floor is yours to decorate.

It's heavily inspired by this video, because I was obsessed when I saw it and just had to recreate it. I'd recommend to give it a watch, because flat is so cute irl and the girl is really entertaining!

This farmhouse was recently renovated and made to be stylish, modern and desirable place to live. Main point of the house is decked out backyard that everyone can enjoy - swinging, gardening, grilling, swiming, doing yoga and so much more is possible! It can accomodate 5 sims and a small pet.

SEAS THE DAY

My newest build - a stationary boat!

This boat was passed from generation to generation, but in the long run it became unsafe to use for sailing. The newest owners decided to renovate it and make it a rental for any sim that wants to visit Sulani!

This is pretty small build, fits 2 sims and maybe a pet, so perfect for honeymoons, couples or just travelers with pets.
