Brotherly Bonding | Osiris and Anubis (Closed)
During his early mortal life he only had one sibling, and she hated him. His sister was, if Oleander was remembering correctly, 14 years older than him. She didn't stay with the family long after he was born, and left as quickly as she could. It was in their short time together that Oleander learned siblings were nothing like they showed in the movies. There was no love between them, and he had grown a sour taste at the mention of "sister" or "brother."
He could remember clearly when he had turned 14 and Ra came to him. When Ra had told him about his brother, Osiris, Oleander made it a thing to ignore his new sibling as much as possible. When his God memories started to flood his mind, his relationship with Osiris became clear - they did not like each other. Osiris was the little brother that stole his title as a death God. Osiris had taken his job, as far as he was concerned. But now, Oleander found himself running around his home, double checking that everything was clean and perfect. His pet crocodile, Ammit, watched him with annoyance from her spot on the couch. Today was the day that Osiris was coming over, and Oleander was as nervous as could be. "Do you think he'll like the pizza I got?" Oleander frowned, worrying his bottom lip between his teeth. A huff left his pet as she turned her face away from him. Trying to calm his nerves, the God ran to the door and opened it, deciding to have a smoke on the porch as he waited for Osiris.
