character    in    general:    hoWDY    MAN   listen    i    love   weiss    just    like   all    the    other   girls    oml    ♥‿♥   because    i    am   just    a    sucker   for    the    rich   girl    that    kinda   just    learned    to   be    better    &   more    open    towards   others    &    a    hard    life   at    home    bc   i    can    relate   a    bit    &   now    every    time   i    see    her   it’s    just    so   great    to    see   how    far    she’s   come    !!

how    they    play    them:    LOL    WHAT   is    that    even   a    question????    i    love    your   portrayal    sooo    much   &    i    just   think    you    capture   her    mannerism    very   well    !!    i’m   always    just    so   happy    to    see   when    ppl    write   their    character’s    actions   just    like    i    imagine    it   &    i    could   actually    see    in   canon    <3    so   be    proud    of   that    baby    :*

she    blinks,   the    epitome    of   familiarity    raised    to   her    eyes    &   only    the    voice   was    different    from   her    mother,    so   used    to    carrying   a    tray    of   tea    into    her   room    to    share   ——–    but    this   wasn’t    her    mother,   this    is    weiss   &    this    wasn’t   her    home,    this   was    their    dorm   room.          ❛      oh,    uhm…     ❜          she    blinks    at   the    sugar,    remembering    how   her    mother    usually   made    it    with   three    sugar    cubes    &   a    drop    of   milk,    but    remains   silent    until    she   realizes    that    her   teammate    was    still   waiting    for    an   answer.    she    thinks   about    it    until   she    spoke    with   careful    words    ;          ❛      i    have    never   had    it    with    honey    before?    is   it    good?      ❜          perhaps   this    was    a    new    start,   a    new    chapter   she    could    open   right    here    in   this    very    moment.   one    more    step   towards    lessening    this    feeling    of    homelessness    &    finding   something    new    that   gave    her    the   same    sense    of   security.

as   she    was    being   passed    a    cup,    so    she    blows    in   it,    sees    the   tea    bend    &   form    waves,    just   like    the    sea   at    the    shores   of    menagerie.    taking   a    sip,   she    is    surprised   by    how    sweet   it    tastes,    but   she    wasn’t    opposed   to    it.          ❛      it’s    pretty    good.      ❜          she    smiles    behind    her    cup    as   she    drinks    some   more    to    get   used    to    the   taste    &    ends   up    with    a    conclusion    ;    change    takes   time    &    as   she    watched    weiss   smile    at    her,   she    realizes    just   how    sweet    ‘ different ‘    could    be.

I'M SORRY, BUT I FELT THAT EVERYONE NEEDED TO SHARE IN MY MISERY A LITTLE BIT. DONNA NOBLE MAKES ME FEEL ALL THE FEELINGS.

And Jodi, omigod, I LOVED your post about Donna and River. (p/s everyone should go read it if you haven't already, it's BRILLIANT.) I absolutely think they would have made the best of friends - neither of them would take shit from the Doctor, but both of them understand him in such a deep, profound way and help him feel a little less alone in the big wide universe. Ugh, now I have an insane desire to see the Doctor, River and Donna form a sparkly, kickass new Team TARDIS. It would be amazing. (I might juuust be heading off to make a graphic starring Ten, Eleven, River and Donna now. MAYBE. NO PROMISES, AS IT MIGHT TURN OUT COMPLETELY SHIT.)
