We continue to believe God for the work He is doing in our midst. We want to thrive, not just to survive - believing that God is ahead of us; guiding our steps! Pastor brought us the word and lead us to prayer. Leading and teaching what it takes to flourish: Diligence in seeking His rhythm and the right habits. The biggest thing that stood out to me during the sermon is when pastor said, “Choose the right rhythm right now” and urged us to spend 20-30 mins with God (today) in word and prayer with 3 things in mind: 1. Right down the right rhythms you are doing. 2. Right down bad habits you need to get rid of. 3. Right down the right habits you are missing. But in all of what we do, in choosing the right habits and rhythm - prayer is the fuel for us to flourish. We can’t break old habits without God - we pray! We can’t get to God’s rhythym without God’s guidance - we pray! Lest we forget.
