Hey hey, it's Friday! That means you get to party tonight, right? So why not kick it off with a bit of hard-hitting EDM / trap / whatever?
NGHTMRE remixing "Nightmare"? It's only appropriate.

There's something about a good daytime disco, especially when it involves writing long papers.
Theres some really great new German producers, and now add to that list a newcomer named Feast., operating under Milky Chance's label LichtDicth Records. His rendition of James Hersey's "What I've Done" (a lad who incidentally is from neighboring Austria), hits all the right notes for an enjoyable listening session.
Enjoy and happy writing

Hi fam,
Sorry its been so long, but 2015 is bringing about a whole exciting new phase of Mo's Mix. I promise only the best, and thats no surprise coming from my first post of the year. Happy 1 year anniversary MO. I still love her funky tune a year later, and on Dec 31, 2014, she released this single that of course, I fell in love with immediately.
As finals approach for me, great music will come for you all
Happy 15

Sorry its been a minute since I've posted, but hopefully I'll redeem myself with this gem!
The New Yorker, Jordan Bratton, not only has an incredible voice, but he also writes and produces most of his music, making him an all-rounder in every sense of the word. Did I mention he's only 18 years old?
"When I Get There" is the latest effort from Bratton, showcasing another layer to his already thick musical coat. There's a tinge of Frank Ocean to Bratton's R&B vocals, but the uptempo piano riff and head-nodding percussion is more in line with John Legend at his pop-tastic best.
My favorite rapper does it again--this track is classic, catchy, and creative and features the amazing Ed Sheeran. Can't stop listening and it makes me feel like the weekend is almost here!

Alright, I know I might get some gasps or angry jolts, but this song is amazing--and isnt that what I do?
Nick Jonas released his first solo album and its quite impressive. Miss Universe isnt the only thing showing that teen heartthrob Jonas has grown up. With some awesome beats and the amazing vocals we knew he always had--its quite an impressive album. Check out "Numb" and "Jealous" if this gets you feeling some type of way!

Billie Black is a small artist from the UK with words, melodies, and soul to share with the world.
"I Don't Need Another Lover" is a serious lady power R&B jam. Throwback 90s vocals a la Aaliyah or SWV come easily to the 19-year-old singer. Dense bass notes, intermittent claps, and bluesy synths make this track minimal and vocal-forward, showcasing the mature lyrics from Black.
We don't want another lover nor another brother, boys. Deal with it.

You've seen Hozier here before (and maybe this past weekend on SNL?) and I guarantee this won't be the last time you do. This live session "Something New" speaks for itself and will have you rethinking this lyrical genius over and over again.
