Greetings, Optimus Prime. My name is Xaaron, and I am the Chief Legal Advisor for the Autobots of my universe. We've become aware of the presence of two Decepticons, Sixshot and Misfire, in your universe. They are currently equipped with I/D chips that prohibit them from transforming, however we have the updated chips that will restore that ability. Do you have anyone there that could perform the removal and installation?
I am afraid that we already had a run in with these two, and, through unforeseeable circumstances, Misfire was brought to harm. He was subsequently repaired and released, although the vessel he and Sixshot took is one we would easily be capable of tracking.
Still, I would like to know more about these I/D chips before agreeing to anything.
