New home for my marimo balls!

The Marimo that I had for 7 years died today :( I feel so bad like I’m really sad. moss balls are pretty much impossible to kill. Ever since I moved them to a new glass they started looking weird absorbing a lot of water. I saw some white on them today. I went to wash them off and he just feel apart in my hands. I don’t know why this happened? He was slimy too. Maybe cause they were next to maybe candles causing bacteria? Either way one was saved. RiP Bowie I’ll miss you.

Two of my favorite decor items this autumn are various sizes of moss balls and white pumpkins. I played again with my autumn decor yesterday and this is how our fireplace mantel looks right now. But tomorrow it might be different, again. I am thinking about changing out the white jardiniere with big white pumpkins and surrounding them with different kinds of smaller white pumpkins and stick some dried greenery and flowers in between. Or maybe I leave it as it is? What do you think? Are you also constantly tweaking your autumn decor? Happy Monday to everyone!
