I imagine them on their 4th test at this time around!
With the level of situationship devotion codependency these two have I think they would follow each other to the end of the earth- actually I KNOW they would. You can't convince me otherwise.
You can read more of my rambling below it's mostly gibberish tho so I wouldn't recommend it ahh ;w;;
Yk I saw the other day abt how Olly is actually the obsessive one in the relationship and Qifrey only stayed with him because of the promise- no hate really but I would have to disagree with this.
Like, boiling down Qifrey's wish to live happily and stuff like that is just so bizarre to me because (and I should have put this on day 3 but I'm impatient and had a rule of 24 hour posting- go to my twt if you wanna see it- it's @/Callisto_m00n) DIDNT HE SAID THIS IS WHERE HIS HEART IS?? THAT HE LOVED HIS LIFE IN THE ATELIER?? Not to mention that his reasoning to chase down the brimmed caps is to "get back what you've taken from me". I'd imagine that if he only, and ONLY so I can articulate myself a bit better, stayed because of the promise he would really have no reason to chase them down. They're also taking his future away yk?
That's not to say I don't think Olly is normal in the traditional sense either, we have only seen glimpses of his pov so far- mostly survivor guilt and a bit if savior complex- so it's very much still on the table abt how he view their relationship and the reason why he basically rawdogged this situationship of theirs. Their is a level of unhealthy attachment I fear/j
But I think people also overlooked the normal aspects of seeing people you love be put in harm's way. It's not entirely because he's obsessive, I'd argue that people would go really far for the other that they cared for.
In conclusion (god this sound like my ielts task 2 essay): While they are definitely not okay in the slightest as individuals and as a duo you can't ignore their feelings for each other themselves, they do love eachother after all.
