So, I finished Life Is Strange,

thoughts under the cut for spoiler reasons

Ok, first, I loved this game, it was awesome and I need some good fanfic, nobody dies AUs.

I sacrificed Arcadia Bay....I feel scummy about it but I couldn’t kill Chloe. I just couldn’t.

From a story perspective I kind of wish there was more hints indicating Jefferson was the bad guy? (like I already hated him for the sleeping with students rumor but didn’t expect it to lead to THAT) Maybe if I replay I’ll notice more clues

I was glad they called Max out on using her powers to make friends the way she did...It felt like manipulation in some cases (like with the girl who’s mom was in the hospital) and was really bugging me

was kinda disappointed they never did anything with the “hole to another universe” graffiti? I totally thought that eventually Max was gonna use one of those to hop between alternate realities (I mean there’s even one in the background when she hops from the paralyzed-Chloe universe back into the one she came from)

I’ll be honest (since 2 am is the best time for that amirite) I have mixed feelings about the past couple weeks. Part of me really regrets waiting so long to try and integrate with my FC. I was just sorta coasting up til now just kinda waiting to click with people. But now after THE THING happened I feel like its more important than ever to prove where I’m standing and how i feel about stuff.

But see if I DID try harder then maybe when THE THING happened it would have hit me that much harder. I went thru one large scale thrown-under-the-bus chuck and thats really enough for me. At least then they didn’t steal nor slander my name (at least im sure of the former; people started acting a lil differently so i cant tell if i was getting dragged or not, but at the end of the day fuck it, some people dont matter)

Doesn’t change that i feel i did miss out. I should have tried a bit harder and I guess thats part of why I’m doing the things im doing now. Half regret half proving that i believe 120% that we’re gonna be fine. We’re gonna make it and end up better for it.

And because i feel like I couldnt do that for my old FC, heres my big old redemption arc. Succeed where i failed before. Put this stupid guilty feeling to rest already.
