Just a few Wade thoughts while I was trying to sleep.
The guy probably doesn't have any friends at work. Maybe some of his coworkers attempt to invite him out for drinks and get turned down a few too many times to keep bothering.
He keeps all those sugary things around because while he enjoys well-tended teeth if his captive has more 'bad' food then he has more reason to clean the teeth thoroughly. and if they got cavities he could really enjoy taking care of it. Whether it goes well or not.
Is probably lowkey into other cleanliness focused kinks too but prefers thinking about brushing and dentistry because it's intrinsically related to his hyperfixation
Probably doesn't know anyone else who shares his 'interest'. He doesn't seem like a guy who spends much time on the internet so I imagine he probably feels very alone and weird about his interest. Maybe has some self-loathing over his fetish (in addition to the rest of his self-loathing habits) but wouldn't admit it outright.

Attempted to be smooth when kidnapping Gothy-girl. She was way too cool to talk to him but her car needed work and she couldn't escape his awkward attempts at conversation. Eventually he figured he might as well just take her.
