There’s nothing like a spinning the Halloween Costumes wheel and being humbled by the fact that I seem to have a TYPE when it comes to duo dynamics… 👉🏼👈🏼

This was only supposed to be for ONE of them 🫠 but then I made a realization…

I promise they were supposed to have different costumes, though I do appreciate how they all seem to be different flavors of this trope (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)

I will never tire of drawing Ran's gorgeous character and costume designs, like this one from their Moth and Lamp AU! Ran is also graciously working on something at my suggestion, of which you can see progress pics already if you check out their Patreon 👀

I decided to be bold and brave with the color on this one, pulling a bit of inspiration from Ran's own coloring style, and I really like how it turned out! I've been learning an awful lot about rendering recently - if you can believe it, this pic took less than *half* the time than my "Tea Date" one did, and the color is twice as interesting. Now that's progress!
