The new breakfast sandwiches at panera are delicious but are also making me realize how many people don’t know what “over easy” means.

A grown man called to complain because our egg “exploded on his suit” and he had to go home and change before work.

So delivery was a mistake

The number of times I️ put together an order 100% accurately only to receive a call from the customer that something is missing from their order is actually disgusting.

And then today, someone had a Thai salad delivered to their house and called because she was upset that she didn’t get croutons. Croutons do not come with the Thai salad. And she wanted to know how she would be compensated for our mistake...

Why are Panera customers so entitled and rude????

So I went inactive at panera because it was ruining my life being full time lmao

A few weeks ago, I picked up a shift because everything was fucked(like it always is) and I wanted to be nice.

The owner, the district manager, and the general manager all came up to me within 20 minutes of me coming in to kiss my ass and try to get me to come back. And then for the entire lunch rush I was the only person on sandwiches, they took advantage of me at every chance, and I have not been paid for it yet.

Panera is trash.
