Is it just a rereading thing or why seem all the mothers in A song of ice and fire like a big bunch of nasty twists of motherhoof? Okay I don't like Catlyn, but she is a decent mother even a little bit fixated on Robb and Bran. Lysa... No explation needed, and then we'll Cersei... She parents like she was parented . Not even Tywin, he would not really been present, she and Jamie probably did have a Nurse, Teachers, servants, after Joanna Genna seems to have stepped in, and at least have a motherly/ surrogate Position in Jamie's Emotions. But neither Cersei nor Lysa have a healthy relationship with motherhood, and Catlyn after reborn is "Mother Merciless", even with the whole inn as orphanage thing, it's a Trap, so... Nope over all... Motherhood is a really twisted theme.

Xander is very OCD when it comes to certain things. Everything needs to be in its place. Even if it's something as little as a picture frame or knick knack. Everything has it's spot and if you try to move something or put something back in the wrong place, he'll freak out. And if you move something without him there, he'll notice and move whatever it is back to it's "spot". I'm not sure how to exactly describe it but he's very particular about everything. He also has a very deep love for our loveseat. He hates when the dogs lay on it, he hates whenever anybody else sits or lays on it. It's the weirdest thing but I just made the mistake of telling him that we're getting new couches later tonight and he's having a huge emotional meltdown over it right now. It's the weirdest, saddest and funniest thing.

I bathed both children tonight back to back.

It was hectic to say the least. A lot of screaming was involved. My mom helped dress Win and Kelly helped with towels. I don't know how I'll do it by myself. Yay.

But both of my children are clean and that's what matters. Win's hair is soooo curly now I love it. Flint's is like really soft, feathery down. Its so cute. :)
