cutie moths
Practice
That moth’s got balls.
Day 10: The moths are getting settled in their new leaves. One thing I have noticed about these level two moths, is that they poop A LOT. I have two theories. One, is that they are pooping the same amount, its just bigger...packages... two, is that they are pooping more because they are eating more. Honestly i dont know if the amount of food they eat stays proportional to their body weight or not? if i really wanted to be as science-y as i feel, i would weigh out their droppings. who knows maybe im kooky enough to try it.
moths and butterflies are the definition of pretty privilege
My first time seeing a Rosy Maple Moth! It was so unexpected, but I'm glad I didn't miss it. It was at such an inconvenient place (above the door of a truck stop bathroom). The picture isn't great, but it's better than nothing!
*the left is my picture. I don't have credit for the right but I got it off of pintrest for comparison as well as for an art study
