Starbucks

I had my usual study session at Starbucks today when I spilt my drink all of my hands, to my grunting noise, I caught attention to a stranger who sat next to me. Embarrassed I apologized as I grabbed a napkin to clean my hands. To my surprise, she asked my to look over her website she has just posted. We broke out into a conversation on what we're both studying. Me being the only girl in my program, she turned out to be the only woman in her's as well. I have now made a new pen pal. 

Thanks Starbucks, I now know that there's more than taking pictures of your drinks.

such an inspiring weekend.

my best friend looks SO FIT and healthy.

this is because she has taken up crossfit and the paleo lifestyle.

I'm definitely not up for eating so much meat, but I'm considering fish into my diet.

Higher protein, tons of veggies, and light on grains. I think I can dig it.

I'm also going to start at home WODs from the crossfit here in Cleveland.
