Self reflect

There are times where I feel very certain of how I feel.

Then it takes one, two or sometimes even three people to say something and that makes me second guess if how I felt in that moment was right.

This is something I want to address within myself because it shouldn't happen. I shouldn't let other people's opinions alter the way I feel, ever. Their opinions are based off of their experiences and their own person; their feelings due to their experiences differ to mine.

So from this point onwards I am going to feel the way I feel, be okay with that, stick with that and let no one else influence the way I feel because I one person that I should always trust the most is myself.
