Recipe 🍴

1)

Sugar: 1 cup / 7oz / 200g

Butter: 2/3cup / 5.3oz / 150g

Egg: 1 🐣

Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

-> mix the egg and sugar together until it whitens, then add the melted butter and vanilla extract and mix until it's homogenous

2)

Flour (wheat): 2 cups / 9oz / 250g

Baking powder: 3 teaspoons / 1 tablespoon

I had a good cry and now I feel better. Now that this happened I feel like the need to study that topic has just become even bigger in me. So when I’m done with uni and get my life together I’m probably going to see if I can go do a PhD about it or something :) I’m going to make that uni regret not letting me study what I love.
