The town of Superior in Colorado is pretty small. I’ve always driven past it and never really stopped by until I heard about a killer #bbq stop called @waynessmokeshack Y’all know my love for #barbeque and I was pretty happy with beautiful mountains and tasty que. They have your typical Texas bbq in brisket, ribs, sausage and mac. However, they also had some of the most tender smoked turkey I’ve ever had and an amazing original dish. Their BBQ kolache was an amazing thing with rib meat, pepper jack cheese and some delicious dough! If you’re on the way to Boulder, you may want to make a stop at Wayne’s and hope they have some meat left!
