I didn't think I could love April more and then I followed you. Your posts about her are so spot on and thorough and I could read them all day and I just wanted you to know!

Well you just made my day! Thank you so much! Literally, ask anotheropti, spreading April positivity is one of my biggest, if not my actual biggest goal for this blog. I believe she is a complex, multi-faceted, extremely well-written character and I want people to see all aspects of her. 

I seriously will defend her till my death. Does she have flaws? Obviously. All characters do, even the best ones. Even Garry, and he is a godsent force of benevolence in this world. But in the end, April’s character keeps getting misunderstood and reduced to one or two traits and I think she deserves better. I’ll keep talking about her and explaining my perspective on her as someone deeply introverted, if it helps people better understand her and her motivations.

Oh my God, thank you so much! I am very flattered. Hm… This is actually more difficult than I thought. Not sure if I’ll be able to choose ten followers either. :)

1. I try to see others’ perspectives and to be generally empathetic.

2. I usually try to be fair since I hate injustice.

3. I take great care when working on things I’m passionate about.

4. I try to make sure my friends and family are okay.

5. I am analytical, curious, and sensitive. The last one especially can be a problem, but it also has its merits!
