Had a small surgery today and finally got some answers as to why my periods have been absolutely awful my entire life. I apparently have PCS, pelvic congestion syndrome. It’s freeing to have an answer but at the same time it sucks.

I’m dreading therapy in two days. Normally I have a week to do my homework, but this time I only had the weekend to do it and things have gotten in the way so I’m torn between using tomorrow to recover and just being honest with my Therapist like last time when I didn’t get it done in time or force myself to do therapy hw.
