hello everyone, You guys can call me mouse!

I go by she/her, I'm in my early twenties and I live and breathe the cottagecore aesthetic. 

Mostly a writer but I will post art occasionally. I am in a bunch of fandoms, too many to list at the moment but I'll make a post about it eventually. 

This blog will mostly be for my characters, their stories, fanfics, one-shots etc. but I will write a few reader Pov one shots from time to time.

My art style has been improving over the last year or so. So I decided to go ahead and post a drawing I made of an oc of mine I made for invincible awhile back.

Her name is soleil. She is an alien from an oceanic planet of scholars and scientists. She came to earth after her mentor granted her permission to participate in a study that focused on collecting data and knowledge from a planet their scholars had yet to explore. Soleil, a sweet but very eager gal, ended up picking earth by accident as her planet of choice and ended up crash landing there.

Her pyschokentic powers and the energy signals her tech gave off when she landed was what ended up causing the GDA to come and snatch her up.

She was given an option—after much debate and a test of her powers—to stay on earth, under the condition she work as a hero (she starts off on team teen and as she got older she decided to join mark and eve for solo work shortly after mark stopped working for Cecil). She agreed on the condition her research and tech were kept safe and she was given the identity of ethereal.

A drawing of I did of one of my rise ocs, Skye. One with a random background and one without a random background

-Note-

The idea had for this is at some point Skye dyes some of her hair green. She mostly does it for the fun of it, but another reason she ends up doing is it because she made a bet with leo during a date they were having at the skatepark. She lost the bet, and the price for losing was leo daring her to dye her hair.

Which she…wasn’t even that mad about. Honestly she likes how her hair looks with the green in it and leo absolutely loves the way her hair looks with the green dyed in. He says it compliments her eyes, but he has to stop himself from trying to absentmindedly braid her hair like multiple times over the next few weeks to a month after she dyed it because he likes how soft it feels afterwards XD

I’ve been trying to practice more with gouache lately and this the most recent painting I’ve finished.

Honestly it’s pretty nice to work with. I’m super proud of how this turned out, even though the gold ink and paints were a bit difficult to work with.
