Enjoy the rich, creamy goodness of these White Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Tarts. These tarts are a great mix of sweet and nutty flavors, with a buttery graham cracker crust and a rich mousse filling.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Optional toppings: chopped peanuts, shaved white chocolate.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Crushed graham crackers and melted butter should be mixed together in a bowl. Making crusts, press the mixture into tart pans. Once the crusts are done baking, let them cool completely. As you stir the white chocolate chips in a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt them for 30 seconds at a time. When you put peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a different bowl, mix them together until they are smooth. Slowly add melted white chocolate to the peanut butter mixture and mix it in well. Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the whipped cream into the white chocolate peanut butter mixture slowly until there are no more streaks. Spread the mousse mixture into tart shells that have cooled. Put tarts in the fridge for at least two hours, or until they are set. If you want, you can add chopped peanuts and shaved white chocolate on top before serving.
