Ingredients: 2 flatbreads. 1 cup of refried beans. 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. 1/4 cup of chopped green onions. 1/4 cup of sour cream. 1/4 cup of salsa. 1 tsp of chili powder. 1/2 tsp of cumin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Spread a layer of refried beans on each flatbread. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beans. Top with diced tomatoes, bell peppers, black olives, and green onions. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
