So we decided to take an out from it and went for a drive. I don't know the exact name where we ate it but he'll it was pipping hot and surely it was worth it. May such evenings never ends...may these time never changes, may the car tank be always full and the roads clear. There is a lot ahead and the fight, the journey, the ride...has just begun. Pure Ghee Jalebi 🤩🤩😍😍😋😋 🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 Aren't they simply Mouthmelting ? I was having a nice warm cup of tea with a friend of mine in the city and the aroma from these jalebis made me wonder where it came from. I searched a bit and surprisingly found that it was coming from one of my favourite Misal joints - Varadhi Misal. The owners I have became friends now, he told us about this new addition to their menu, while we almost finished half kilograms these mouthgasmically attractive goodies. I Believe me I have a strong toothache afterwards 😁🤭 but he'll with it, it was definitely worth it. Life is beautiful but it's always the things we love that hurts us. They give us strength and motivation to do things better than we are doing right now. This motivation, this push, this inspiration is what is necessary for us go keep moving forward and keep making progress in our lives. 🥭🥭🥭 Mangoes 🥭🥭🥭 🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 How do recognise pure Hapus / Alphonso Mangoes ? Well there is a single technique which we are using since ages in our family. It's simple and easy to grasp !! If you can smell the mango aroma on your hands even after 24 hours after eating it.. it's something. I know this is not fullproof method but also the shape, colour, size, aroma, thickness of peal also plays an important role. Anyways have a mangi like no one is watching you. Unless you go completely bazarg on it you won't get the satisfaction. You must lick your hands, the knife and the plate after. I don't know.. it's a rule so you have to.😅 Last year due to a storm and devastating loss of mango trees and fruits we have not been able to get mangoes easily this year. The price range sky rocketed and it is still high. But some blck marketers are taking advantage of the situation and selling us counterfeit mangoes. They look like Ratnagiri or Deogad Alphanso but taste different. Every fruit get its taste, colour, texture, girth and pulp depending upon the soil the plant is grown in. So taste and think before purchasing. But in case of people in Power, do you know what they do ? Nothing, because some of us try to work on their behalf and try to defend their position. I know that all the people in greater financial position or with power do not do wrong things, but unfortunately all of them have blind followers. Till a couple of posts back we have strictly kept political views away from our content but I feel not the water is at our necks. Following anyone is not wrong, everyone has right to choose. The issue occurs when we worship someone so deeply that their dark side seems invisible to us. Its different when this happens in love. But seriously when it comes using our common sense, people fail when they support any particular individual or a group ideology. There is a fine line between being a part of a group for the greater good and joining a cult. What we have done in the past has brought us to this day. We have the power, we have the right and choice to choose our leaders as they represent us on our nation's greatest stage. I agree that the office they hold needs some recognition and respect but as an individual it is their responsibility to their affairs in order and act as a human being rather than a politician.
