Meet Mrs Claus
Move over Santa, Christmas has a new front woman and she’s ready to shake things up! Wife, elf wrangler and reindeer handler, this is one lady that doesn’t beat around the mistletoe. She’s no stranger to the limelight, but for all the wrong reasons, making headlines all over the world for her wacky and often outrageous behavior.
She’s always been in the background every Christmas and now it’s her turn to shine!
We sat down with the new leading lady and asked her a few questions:
1. Mrs Claus, why, after so many thousands of years are you wanting to be the front woman of Christmas?
Haha! Darling, I’ve always been behind every Christmas since the beginning. Santa could never coordinate such a big job all on his own. Those cheeky elves need to be kept in line and Santa is just a big softie and can’t whip them into shape.
2. Why should the public trust you with their Christmas?
Look, I’ve done the hard yards and even though Martha Stuart makes it look so easy to decorate a tree, wrap loads gifts of gifts, while doing it with a smile the truth is it’s not that easy! I’m happy to tell everyone that but I’m also about solutions. I want to share all of the quick tips and tricks I’ve picked up over the years. I’m here to make it easy for everyone.
3. What are some of those tips you can share with us now?
- Guys, when she says that she ‘doesn’t want anything at all’ she’s testing you. What she really means is ‘you better know me well enough that I shouldn’t have to tell you what I want’. Go to Typo and get her a gift or risk finding yourself on Tinder by Boxing Day!
- The best way to avoid awkward small talk with your in-laws on Christmas Day is to pretend you’re asleep.
- If you don’t wrap it, it’s not a present. WRAP IT DAMN IT!
4. Mrs Claus, you are lactose intolerant, how will this impact Christmas eve and the millions of children that leave a glass of milk out.
Two words. Mulled. Wine.
We’ve gained access to a couple of images of Mrs Claus that surfaced a couple of years ago that caused a lot of backlash.
