#moving canvas

Sorry, but are you new here? If you park a white van in philly, you have to know it will become a canvas vanvas.

I'm using an android phone for medibang and well, I'm struggling with moving around the canvas when I'm zoomed in. It snaps the canvas further from the place I wanted it to be. And there are times when I try to zoom out, the canvas just goes to a corner. I may have just missed a guide or something so I'd really like some help for this.
