Back injuries, pulls and strains seem to occur in all of our lives however they seem to be more common with age and or with an increased activity level. There are preventative measures you can easily incorporate into your everyday life, as well as some strategies to help your body heal if you do find yourself injured.
My top choice is the BEMER Pro device and watching this little video may help you understand why I make that recommendation.

Acute lower back pain is most likely linked to a muscle or ligament strain. Either of these tissues can become stretched or torn from activity, leading to spasms and pain in the lower back. If you notice chronic back pain that doesn’t get better over time or acute pain that inhibits everyday activities, consider visiting a doctor and then explore the wonderful world of adjunct therapies from alternative and holistic medicine which is gaining much ground in traditional medical circles. The BEMER is this type of device that has so much science behind it is difficult for anyone to deny its benefits. In fact my own surgeon who did my hip replacement surgery October 2016 had me bring my BEMER pro device to use after my surgery and my personal testimony as to its benefits is profound. I healed very quickly, had no complications and was up walking the next day. As you can see from the photo below instead of using the BEMER full body mat under me it was easier to just put it on top of me for my morning 8 minute session!
Celeste Yarnall at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles the morning after total hip replacement surgery. I felt great and was walking right away!
It’s possible to manage some types of aches at home without resorting to surgery however in my case my right hip was bone on bone and it was just time for this and I am so happy I made that decision and had my BEMER Pro to help me through the surgery and recovery.
Most injuries fortunately take a few days or weeks to heal, but sometimes the process can last longer. For the easiest recovery, take care of your body the moment you start to feel pain. If the pain is severe, rest for a day or two — but usually no longer than that, or you run the risk of weakening your muscles and increasing the chance of further injury once you get moving again, but I know that is easier said than done. I find the BEMER helps my energy level as well with just the two 8 minute sessions per day.
And I also use the BEMER patented sleep system by night, as well.
First things first!
I use my BEMER device immediately if I tweak something. I always do my morning and evening 8 minute full body sessions but if I tweak something I use the intensive applicators, such as the B-Pad, or the B-spot on hips, neck knees or back.
I also like to apply a CBD pain patch to the area and or a topical rub like those you find at http://www.hempandheal.com. To get 10% off on all your orders now and in the future use my promo code CBDTREK. I also use CBD oil orally two or 3 times per day as well. Hemp and Heal can ship all over the world as there is no THC in their product line.
More options
Apply a cold pack following an injury to help reduce swelling and continue as your doctor directs.
I take extra of my favorite anti-inflammatory supplement, MOXXOR Omega 3 as it can even help to target the source of inflammation and reduce it.
See http:www.MoxDirect.com and use my promo code MOXXART for 5% off your entire order for a trial 30 capsule size and then order from http://www.MoxxArt.com as I do and get it auto shipped each month. I have been doing this for 6 years and wouldn’t be without it.
Many people resort to short term use of pain medications or muscle relaxers, which require a prescription, but I don’t care for their side effects and warnings so I stick with MOXXOR and or use something else very short term as the Opioids are so constipating and are so short term.
Visiting your chiropractor, acupuncturist or massage therapist can assist with loosening tight muscles and the promotion of the body’s natural healing process.
Lower back exercises can encourage the body to heal and keep your muscles used to movement. Be sure to know your limits and to stop if anything hurts severely. You should also modify any regular exercise you do on a day-to-day basis to make sure you don’t quickly re-injure the area.
Yoga offers some especially helpful benefits for your lower back, when practiced regularly. There are also specific poses that can help alleviate pain and increase blood flow to your back.
Keep walking! As long as your doctor is okay with it in order to keep your body moving. Weakened core and back muscles mean a higher probability of future injuries. Once you feel you are back to 100 percent, find a way to keep these muscles active and strong. I like using my Bungy Pump Walking Poles and my Smovey’s
And continue your twice daily BEMER Protocol which I find to be so beneficial as do my clients. The combination of CBD therapeutics and MOXXOR are most helpful as well and together the three help the body to heal itself.
