A little on how I do my padding
Like many padders, I get a lot of people asking me how I do it. So until I write up something more substantial, here’s a general explanation: My method involves one or both of these: a lycra wrestling singlet, and a stretchy maternity belly band. In either case, I'd slip it on and then put stuffing (usually pillows) in the front, and shape it until the desired form is achieved. I'll sometimes combine the methods and first stuff my singlet, then slip a belly band on over that. It gives a better shape, and makes the belly more firm. Which is good for pregnancy padding, but not so much for fat padding. Also having something to give an overhang and a belly shelf, like a cloth belt or something to tie above and below the belly can help get a good shape, if there's issues with that. For a popped out navel I simply stick a cotton ball in the front of the belly.
Oh hai! I’ve been seeing a lot of active fake pregnant wearers lately and totally want to start a side blog for Bambi’s Belly Gang. Would any of you preggos be interested in joining and showing off your magnificent bellies?!?!
This is getting out of hand...
