That’s a definite possibility. However, for the sake of keeping things focused (and also so that the core rulebook isn’t any more massive than it needs to be), the basic game will only cover the early part of the player characters’ adventuring careers - the equivalent of old-school D&D’s levels 1 through 9.

That said, the Life Play side of things means that there will be some elements of “domain management” present right from the start, in the form of building the resources and reputation of your dungeoneering club.
