You woke up to the sound of plates clinking in the kitchen. You looked at the clock, 5:48 AM, Christian was never up this early typically. You shuffled out of bed and to the kitchen. You saw him racing around the kitchen, cooking god knows what. His body language was off. He seemed skittish - nothing like Christian or Mito.
“Baby?” you said from the doorway.
Christian turned to you with a huge smile plastered on his face, he dropped the plates to the counter before rushing to you and enveloping you into a bear hug. You let out a squeak of surprise before he crushed his lips against yours. You pushed him back softly, trying to meet his gaze.
“I’m so glad you’re awake! I thought I’d make breakfast for us and then we could go out for the day! Maybe the Han River? Or Busan? Oh! Maybe we go abroad!” Christian said with excitement. He moved around the kitchen babbling away, so quickly it was almost incoherent.
Your eyes watched him cautiously; this wasn’t Christian or Mito. This was Mr. Insanity whom you had never met before. He was the definition of mania.
“Did I tell you I went on a run this morning? It was so refreshing I feel invincible!” he said before sliding to the oven and taking out whatever was inside. “Ugh I just love you so much!” he said, looking at you from afar.
You tried to keep your face calm as you took careful steps towards him. “Christian, honey…”
You saw him grimace ever so slightly at his name.
“Hey baby, why don’t we go back to bed for a bit, hm?” you tried to suggest.
“Oh you wanna go to bed?” he said seductively, quickly getting to you to slip his hands under your shirt and caress your hips.
You shook your head, “No baby… I think you could use a little rest, that’s all.”
“But I have so much energy!” he whined, backing up from you.
You grabbed his hand, “Insanity… baby please, you are a million miles away from here… I need you to come back down, to ground yourself in reality with me.”
Christian looked confused, then angry, then sad. “You don’t like me as much as Christian and Mito, do you?” he said, squeezing your hand.
You smiled softly at him, “I just don’t know you as well, but I’d like to. You just gotta come with me, we gotta regulate. When was the last time you took your meds?” you asked.
Christian didn’t meet your eyes, “A week ago… maybe more?” he mumbled.
You let out a small sigh, “Oh my love, you know you have to take them. The same with my pills, I have to take them. Why don’t we go take them together, yeah?” you said. After particularly bad lows with Mito he would often avoid his meds, blaming them for making him worse somehow.
Insanity finally let his eyes meet yours, they were big and glossy. He nodded gently; you led him to your shared bathroom before filling up your cup of water. You placed Christian’s pills in his hand before grabbing yours. You handed him the cup first, watching him swallow them down. Then you took yours.
His eyes held shame. You reached up to hold his cheek, “What is it my love?” you said.
Christian held your hand against his face, “I just… wish I wasn’t so broken.”
“Hey,” you said sharply, making Christian snap his eyes to yours. “You are not broken. You are wonderful. Christian. Mito. Insanity. I love them all. You are all I could ever want or need. I love you.” there was no room to question what you said, your tone was definitive.
Christian shook his head, “I don’t think I can go to bed… Can we maybe watch a movie?” you could see his hands were still shaky and fidgety.
“Sure baby, whatever you want. I need to get to know you, Mr. Insanity.” you smiled at him before dragging him to the living room.

A quick fic based off a request I got! I based a lot of the manic behaviors off of my own manic behaviors (I have bipolar disorder with borderline traits) so they are as accurate as can be. I hope ya'll like it, please let me know or shoot me more requests! XOXOXOXOXOXO!!!!!!!
