Maddy- ADHD so hyper with sound and slightly with touch and smell and with interception though I think that is consistent with all of them. She also needs constant movement

Full moon any moon Hijinx -periods and mental breakdowns

Tom- Hypoglycaemia and dyslexia

Most of the wild wolves including Emilia excluding the brother are on the autism spectrum.

Jana- asexual Biromantic she has some trauma and grief also may be narcolepsy and absent seizures if we were in the real world but definitely SPD beyond the wolf degree( smell, touch -hyper and proprioception/vestibular-hypo sound seems to be hypo most of the time unlike the others  maybe taste hyper.) she is probably hypo to pain but only bone pain and joint pain due to proprioception head and stomach organ pain is hell

Shannon- Pan/Bi sexual maybe romantic as well she may have some degree of spd ( wants deep hugs is a noise seeker, hypo to smell, taste and sight are hyper touch might be if in terms of crowding )or autism( hyper fixations and hypervigilance) to though I think her anxiety and paranoia and depression( the grief and anger is a bit bad) is more interesting. She has panic attacks. She might have something with Maddy almost definitely, but it could be a one off for both of them. The obsession comes from the trauma of the fire. Shannon is hyper sensitive to pain

Tom- probably has something like ADHD

All wolves have a spd

Jana might not be fully a girl same with Emilia and Robyn,

She also looks like she might have been abused in some way

Jeffery protects all of them when they seem weird to neurotypicals, and when they have no money, or a struggle at home.

They the three sometimes have nightmares ( PTSD like symptoms)

Rhydian to me seems like the least autistic in some ways at least sensorily and focus wise.

The Thompson Project

Characters: Mabel Jeffries (Thompson), Mr Jeffries, Nucky Thompson (in conversation)

Word count: 743

Summary: Set in 1897 after the flashbacks in episode 5.05 “King of Norway”. Mabel Jeffries and her father discuss her prospective fiancé, and Mr Jeffries tries to work out what on earth Mabel sees in him. [A short, un-redrafted fic I wrote a while ago. Mostly dialogue, very reliant on my personal headcanons. NOT intended as a definitive answer but just a possibility I thought of.] 

‘He must need a lot of work,’ said Mr Jeffries over their roast dinner that evening.

Mabel kept her eyes on her plate. ‘Who does, Father?’ she said lightly, but in a tone that indicated that she knew full well who he was talking about. After all, considering that she was soon likely to be engaged, he would have thought of little else.

‘That young Enoch Thompson,’ he replied, with just a hint of derision in his voice.

She looked up. ‘What makes you say that?’

‘You do like your improvement projects, Mabel. It’s why you became a teacher. For the life of me I can’t work out why else you would be interested.’

She laughed. ‘Father! You’re making him sound like a poorly heated orphanage. Enoch isn’t an improvement project. One doesn’t marry improvement projects!’

‘That’s what concerns me.’

‘He has a lot of potential, I can see it.’

‘Hmm. Potential can go either way. There’s something about him that doesn’t sit right with me. He’s too… sycophantic. Some of my acquaintances at the club don’t hold Commodore Kaestner in high regard, and from what I hear, Enoch Thompson is at the Commodore’s beck and call.’

‘Goodness, you’re not the one marrying him, I am!’

‘I know, and I believe in letting you make your own decisions as long as you can accept the consequences of them. But I want to know that you’ve thought about this, and that you’re doing it for the right reasons. You are still my daughter, after all, and I don’t want you doing anything you might regret in a few years. He has suggested a very short engagement.’

‘But he has prospects. Isn’t that what parents want? He says Sheriff Lindsay is close to retirement, and then he’s certain to be made Sheriff. And once he’s had a few years in that job, shown important people he’s reliable, he was saying he’d like to get into politics. He’s very industrious, and he has a lot of plans. Who knows, he could end up running Atlantic City! Imagine! The son of a poor merchant marine, as a member of the City Council, or Ward Boss, or maybe even Mayor!’ Her eyes lit up, and Mr Jeffries was almost convinced.

Almost. ‘That sounds like the sort of thing he’d say to try to persuade you. You always did like those rags-to-riches stories. Ordinarily I’d be pleased that your sweetheart has chances to make his way in the world, but plenty of marriages have foundered when they turned out not to be all the partners had hoped for. Prospects are all very well, but I don’t want you to marry someone just because of potential.’

‘But I could help. After all, he’ll need a wife. People expect it. You’ll say it doesn’t have to be me. But Mrs Cooper always said that a woman should use her position to influence her husband to do the right thing. I could do that.’

‘She always seemed to be influencing Mr Cooper to buy expensive curtains. And you think you can influence Enoch Thompson to do the right thing? It’s not always as easy as it sounds, even if he is your husband.’

‘I won’t influence him to do the wrong thing! We could help the people of the city, together! I can do so much more good as Mrs Thompson in Atlantic City than I can as Miss Jeffries the teacher.’

Mr Jeffries had been wrong. It wasn’t Enoch Thompson she was trying to improve. No, it was much bigger than Thompson. It was Atlantic City itself. And she thought he would work with her for the same goal, and that they would somehow change things for the better. But Mr Jeffries had seen enough of Thompson in the few brief times he had met him over the years, to know that although he was good at hiding it, his goal was for himself and himself alone. But of course there was no telling Mabel that. He wondered if he’d spoiled her too much to be able to tell her what to do when it mattered. Well, he’d have to live with his own consequences now.

He sighed. ‘You see the best in people, my dear. I didn’t expect to change your mind if you were certain.’ He stood up and pushed out his chair. ‘I just hope you’re right.’
