I haven't watched it yet but it's the ONLY show that has been on my must-see list next to "Chernobyl" for months because one could tell from the trailer alone how badass and bromantic it was going to be. Plus I totally worship David Tennant (YES I loved his Kilgrave - sue me) and Michael Sheen (he was my beloved Castor in Tron:Legacy and also Robert in "Betrayal" - Tom Hiddleston's part in the recent revival). 

He was sooooo Ziggy Stardust as Castor. <3 (too bad we never got a Tron:Legacy sequel btw).

 And here, as Robert... I promise he’s gonna break your heart.

Also I love anything that’s taking the piss at religion so yeah, “Good omens” is 100% my kind of thing. I'm definitely saving it for later seeing how shippable they both are ("I don't even like you!" - "Yes you DO.")  Caaaan’t wait to watch it, so get back to me in a week or something and we’ll TALK omg. *__*

See, my poor heart can't take TWO bigger than life otp's at once. 😭 And I need to give “Good omens” all the attention it deserves even though I know I'm missing out on the hype right now. T__T I know many people have already moved on from “Chernobyl”, eventually I will too, but I'm not ready to jump ship just yet. 😜 There are Valoris asks to be answered and fanart to be drawn.

Plus I never thought that antis and hate are a factor for me to ship or not ship a pairing. I'm a *very* stressful person in life but I swear anti hate is the last thing that could really stress me out lol (there are muuuuch worse things than internet trolls, guys.. Taxes for instance). Maybe I've learned to live with it and just... ride that tide of adrenaline...? Or maybe I have connected stress with creativity...? If I'm not stressed, I'm bored lol, no middle ground for me. Not saying this is a healthy way of life, just... my way. Wish I could get rid of it but yeah, gotta make the most out of a bad situation, right?

If anything, anti hate shows I'm doing *something* right, my actions caused a reaction. Not the kind of reaction I wanted or needed (I’m better off geeking out with friends than fighting off antis, I assure you) but I've said this before, sometimes you can't have Hype without Hate, you have to take the bad with the good. Of course you can have good things in life without the bad, you can choose, but sometimes others don’t let you choose, so what do you do then? Do you let them do the choosing for you?

Besides all my previous ships had gloriously vicious antis, Thorki (INCEST!!1) and Briemund (RAPE CULTURE!!1). The kind of antis who would publicly post on tumblr and circulate Thorki MVPs’ handles for their anti minions to attack them. The kind of antis who would post in their boards links to the blogs and fics of Briemund (and Jaime x Cersei) shippers so as to publicly humiliate them and send people to dog pile them (I’m not talking about “members only” threads here, I’m talking about very public ones, so the JC/Briemund shippers could see the vilification of their names).

So it's not like I'm not used and expecting the hate, it's not like I'm going to pick otp's with safety in mind. Yes there is "more hate" and "less hate" in every fandom, but say you love a person, do you pick them based on other people's opinions?

And oh, my block list worked just fine, now I’m free to browse the “Chernobyl” tag for as long as I want. ^^ I highly recommend blocking all of the antis, guys, it makes your tumblr experience so much smoother and carefree.

So yeah, keep calm and ship whatever you want to ship. ;-)
